Back from watching "The Book Of Eli"

It's a good job Denzel is glorious eye candy, as the film is a pile of preachy poo. There's some good visuals and some humour (Michael Gambon & Frances de la Tour steal the film IMO), but it was generally very preachy for post-apocalyptic sci-fi/fantasy stuff. Sort of like Mad Max meets Canticle For Leibowitz meets Monty Python & The Holy Grail (but not as funny).

Trying to remember, but I think the last film I say was 'Up'. Very silly, but very good.

Morning all! (Just about!)

Last night's film at the soon-to-be-vacated Landslide Towers was I've Loved You So Long. No car chases or explosions, but an excellent film nonetheless.

Off to the new pad later to see just how much of a mess it's in following the complete rewire it's been getting this weekend. There's gonna be holes everywhere! ;)

Plasterers drink builder's tea just don't steep the leaves too long.
You want a tea of a good brown paper colour.

There is a joke in the word trowel having the word owl in it but my brain is too tired to work it out.;)

Trowels and hawks eh? that must be what Tdrinka was looking for.

The plasterer had skimmed milk in his tea.
