Been nice here today till half an hour ago when we had a short sharp shower.

Been making hay from the meadow cuttings today and mowing the lawn grass.

I decree tomorrow to be a mega bike ride day. Hope the weather organiser agrees.

I'll fire up the kettle.
I've just been watching the repeat of Top Gear with the motorcaravan things. It was the stupidest thing I've seen in a very long while

Yeah - correct TD. The bit where Clarkson has walked off for an ice cream just doesn't ring true. There is no way Clarkson walked all that way. I bet he got a lift from the camera crew.

Good point!

I thought it was hilarious, one of their best. And they do look like they are having fun doing their daft stuff.

I quite liked the bit where Clarkson drove that model round and gave her a Bonnie Tyler hairstyle... You don't see that in the adverts, do you?

Is that a euphemism?

It was a superb episode - three clever blokes being very silly for no particularly good reason.

I could live with the fringe. My own hair often looks like a brillo pad crossed with a wire terrier, so I can't cast aspersions on anyone else's. Except I do wish Hammond would get a haircut.
