No the T3 has inline barrel adjusters up by the shifters in front of the handlebars. The new bike is the BTwin Alur700 and I cannot see any adjusters, I will have to be brave and unscrew the clamp and pull it through.

T3 looks like Micro Shift, 105 barrels usually found near head tube for 'on the fly' adjustments & down near rear derailleur.

I feel for you. Can't have Voltarol either. I'm sure you know but if you are on it often and routinely, get your kidney function checked as well...
The back clinic could be the best option for you, much as you may want to be avoiding it. which reminds me. I much make a telephone call to see who exactly I was referred to...

I never got on with generic tramadol, got the most horrendous side effects from it and it didn't really seem to work. but if it was Zydol rather than generic tramadol, I could take half the dose, get less side effects and actually get much more pain relief and be in a fit state to work! In the end my GP gave in and gave me Zydol rather than tramadol after seeing the difference... spent 15 years on it as well... worked well for my chronic pain from my wrist issues, but didn't touch my back when this first started and currently however, zydol would not touch my pain sadly either!

I wonder what someone coming into cycling would think of the current CC sick list!
I hate it too. I'm on Voltarol as my 'normal' meds but take them only when needed. My last blood check was fine.
All the Tramadol does is make me sleep! My husband has the same issues with medication and his back at the moment - nothing seems to work and he's in constant pain
I had to collect the lad from school and take him to the hospital for an appointment - I took my Voltarol before I went and at least I could move although turning my head to check traffic was not good!
I'm home now and off to make some chicken enchiladas - put a whole chicken in the slow cooker this morning so will turn it off soon and let it cool a bit.
It's all go!
