You've days off next week though and the weather may get better
Yes but won't make that many rides next week.
Still went out in the rain today though.

I have just had a lovely Beanies coffee (Ameretto flavour) and am giving some lunch a bit of consideration. I'll eat something after the dog walk I think.
I got a ride in today but before my first cup of tea of the day, I had a sneaky weigh on the scales (Tuesday is weigh day) and I am now the lightest I have been since September 2009. I am not thrilled. Being thrilled is an understatement. I've done the happy dance :girldance::girldance: (twice). I had a quick celebratory bike ride and have been keeping my mind active since.
Today is Great Friday in this house.
Nice one Saluki, you'll be hiding behind lamp posts soon.

Be careful you don't go slipping down any grids though.

'Alooo everybodeeee...

Took a notion to go check some of my geocaches, drizzly at times but scraped it out to get the 20 miles in...
glad I did now, mind you a pal sent me a link to a slimming site's healthy full English which I made and enjoyed for brunch...
I'll cycle before next time....

Another 21lbs and I will be down to my 'heavy' running weight. Another stone will do really, anything under that is a bonus. I have my maintenance and sustainability plan all worked out.

Back from dog walk now. We had a lovely time. Chilli on the hob, coffee in my favorite mug and the interweb on my lap. Happy happy.

I went for a very short spin on the Brompton, about 7km cycled which isn't much but enough to get out of the house for a while. Weren't many other cyclists around, if the big fireball had put its hat on then that NCN4 would be full.
I should have just done what I needed...pretty quiet cyclist wise except on my return along the cycle track.
I've an industrial estate nearby but the roads and cycle track that runs alongside is a glass nightmare, I'm not that keen on doing laps around an area...
