Morning. We have had rain overnight and it's still not particularly nice out.

Been up and fed the cat and had a cuppa but feeling really lethargic this morning so tempted to go back and lie down for another hour or so.

I was feeling the same but unfortunately work scuppered that thought.

On the other hand it was a nice ride in, and it should be a fairly relaxed day...

The notion wore off anyway. I am now up and dressed, bins out and porridge simmering. Think my exercise will be no harder than walking today though.

Personally I'd cycle outdoors but each to their own.

You must get through a lot of TV's that way though.

Of course, I drift in and out of total coverage
it'll be on..
No cycling for me, surprisingly not the usual after after effects of my walk on Monday..
maybe tomorrow if it clears

Can't get into watching the cycling this year. To be honest, I don't find road cycling a particularly exciting thing to watch apart from the mountain sections and the finishes. Preferring Wimbledon. Been some good matches so far.

I thought he was a bit below par in his doubles match with Serena Williams last night. Not too keen on her, but I think she carried them through.
