I was strugging on my jog this morning too. I'm finding it hard mixing the running and cycling.
I just haven't been doing any walking, hill stuff anyway.
I did take the original old route apparently, the one I took off cuts almost 600 ft of ascent from where I started to the summit.
I'm glad I didn't do my original choice..
a rukkie full of radio equipment doesn't help but good to be out again..
