Which is strange because in terms of something as big as a storm, we aren't that far away.

Still very windy here. Maybe sleety showers towards the end of the day. Bit chilly. The bikes are definitely not going out in this weather. To be honest, I can't be bothered anyway. A walk will do.

There's nowt here, and that's closer than you are. It'll be a bit like "heavy snowfall" down South, when there's an inch or two of it which stops things.

Still very windy here. Maybe sleety showers towards the end of the day. Bit chilly. The bikes are definitely not going out in this weather. To be honest, I can't be bothered anyway. A walk will do.

Suppose the bikes want to go out though?

It was a long time ago, to be fair, last time I was in York must have been about 2014/15.
