watched Jenny Graham on one of those GCN films last night,
boy, she's a tough cookie, sleeping rough and felt for her cycling up the Kirkstone Pass (put me in the mood for a lunch at the Inn)climb into the wind,
I need a feather bed when I do anything but her mileage is phenomenal.

Feet up, in front of the telly being waited on, and then you'll be woken up.
