unless for beer, cake or 50 quid notes... free, of course..

I'll plan it over the winter, peppers might be a change from tomatoes but the plant I had last year had flower drop off problems....

Winter is enough time to think....

I'll have two free pints waiting for you on the west coast!
Cake would be ruined if it for wet. £50 notes would be BoE paper ones, soon to cease being legal tender. It'd be unfair to leave you with something you can't use.

If you grow peppers, will you be making a sarnie with them? And to have yer flowers dropping off...

The weather isn't as promised, t'is dry and they said rain.

unfortunately the headwind on the way back to home picked up..
but hey! I enjoyed it..

The weather isn't as promised, t'is dry and they said rain.

T'is quiet out there. Somewhere there's a dog barking, whilst in a nearby garden there's a cow bawling.

Mrs M has the washing out for a blow..
It now won't rain...
One scowl and the rain will move elsewhere

and a sticky bun at hand..
this is the life

Rain gauge on WX station not working so it'll be winging its way back to 'the Big River' tomorrow and another is winging its way to me.
Seems most of these type come out the same factory, a different box each day...

What happened to the one you repaired, that made the one you ordered redundant. Did the recent warm weather knock the new one for six.

The rain 'cup' mechanism was free, it just wasn't recording the correct amount and by a long way..
I occasionally check against a couple of stations nearby me and anything this month was way, way out.
I washed out, blew compressed air though and nope, still wasn't right...
Oh well, now replaced (and some money back)....

Sticky bun was scrumptious as was Bob's King Eddie spuds.....
