I did something I don't like, afternoon ride..
had a light lunch first but hadn't realised how windy it was, got to a high point and just headed back via local country roads..

Schools are back (last Wed)..
The Towers area can be still but start working my way out of here then the breeze/wind picks up, we must be sheltered to the prevailing wind, the forecast underestimated wind speed..

Sadly never ended in West Virginia...

Land rises steadily steepish behind me for about 240 degrees NW, W, SW, S, the other 130 is the other directions, imagine a very very large Greek outdoor theatre

I did some tidying up in the back garden.
Mrs M said we need to buy a trug..
Trug? no way, a £1 B&Q orange bucket will diddly doo, superb idea....
ripped pea plants out and with a dearth of pea pods as they keep getting scoffed straight off the plants
