The shop was only about a mile away, which was handy.
I think it's going to fall flat...(AI)
A Google executive recently said they could be in for a financial bust...as it's not fully proven yet.

It never laid down from the start tbh so best to give up, I did something later and it worked but I'll try another sample tomorrow but the colour I used is almost finished.

Nah, this was 60 odd years ago, the 2/6 ones were in boxes, Airfix and was it also Revell?
I even had battleships dangled from the roof on thread....
Oh well...
Don't start me on Etch a Sketch
Not galavanting too far from home then.
Big things forecast, but could never be delivered, they deserve to lose out on it. "The next big thing" not fully trusted, nor were the promises.

How early on in the printing process are you able to see it'll not print right. Whatever you do. Think I know what Santa will be bringing you this time round.

Airfix tried relaunching their early small kits as they were sold when first released, a few years ago. A plastic bag, with all the bits in it, with a card header. Didn't sell that well.
Don't think they ever intended battleship to be hung from the ceiling.
Could you print anything like some of the kits you built, for around the same price as a retail kit.
You spent more time with it upside down, shaking yer mistakes away...

Late again, life is such a social whirl :hello:

Inkjet printer trying all sort of tricks to try get me to load new firmware in,
so they can refuse to use non-standard (theirs is dearer than Dom Perignon) ink....

Owdo, late is becoming yer new normal.
You got yer lolly for being brave yet, or aren't you asking...
Stuck with the original ones that came with any printer missen. For the simple reason that you give. HP started it, now all the others seem to be copying.

There are some model stuff kicking about but haven't looked too closely but possible..
Saw a cracking meccano-type kit Spitfire earlier today..
Maybe for Beag next year...

Fortunately, we didn't go wandering somewhere, as we're getting a delivery today instead of tomorrow.
One less to worry about, this Christmas is chaotic so far...

I watch the first layer going down, it does happen through the print as well, it 'spaghetti' occasionally, but I leave it and check every so often or Mrs M pops in to the garage, she's knows what to look for, I should get an enclosure for it, but wonder if it would make any difference, ambient temps don't seem to bother the print.
Yesterday's later one was uploading a photo and website creates a STL file to then go process, worked better than I thought, I'm off to do another at one point today.

There are with, prices that'll have you wondering.
It'll have gone up in price by then. Buy it now, that way you'll have it at the lower price, and should it be discontinued in the meantime you'll still have it.

Will the delivery rate increase as the year end draws near!
It could be worse. You could have the Toodle Twins with you as you go past a toyshop.

Sounds so easy, even after watching it start to print. She ever wonder what it is yer printing this time? Could you make one? Sheet of clear plastic, cut into four and joined at the edges....
You upload a photo and the site turns it into a file that could be used for printing!
Have you tried doing the same with a photo of yersef and Mrs M...
