If you can do it in one go why not!
You had time to recover fully.

It will heal! The power of positive thought can do wonders. Still not willing to tell you how long though, just in case you get yer hopes up.

It's the stupid way they have of doing them now. Takes at least three times as long. One team comes out and delivers the barriers, they might even mark out the area to be fenced off. Then another that'll put the barriers in place, another that does the digging, another doing the work. Then it's repeat in reverse order.
Then there's blocking half the road off for the above to be done, "in safety". If there were anyone working on them, they might have a case.

Rain that was falling most of the day, now stopped and skies have cleared. No white black cars at present.

A silent night, awaiting the repeat tomorrow...

Nice today again, 1.1c just now and got as low as -0.3c so officially :cold:
Just waiting on the young 'uns arriving..
Out for toast somewhere, surely not a garden centre:laugh:

Health and safety has gone nuts over the last 20 years but it is needed.
In the years I sprayed weedkillers etc,
Half the time was used up by washing down, fresh stuff on etc, you did need PPE.
We had a bonus system in place, all spraying activity was put in as hours spent.
I had a query, so I said meet me at the base and spend a day with us...
They gave up at lunchtime with a carry on..
Right em aff, trouble x2 have arrived....
No need to shout, or has your hearing suffered today?

No, but I almost switched it off as they were so bad..

Similar here, with a slight covering of snow in the early hours. Slowly melting as we get close to 5°C. They don't show on time, go without them*, that'll improve their timekeeping.
*Hide the car, and stay away from anywhere they might see you from outside.
It might be, you'll have a tree to buy. And a brekkie to get.

Health and safety has gone nuts, I agree. But it doesn't cover the fact that four, possibly five teams are now required to dig a hole in the road. Or, more along your line of expertise, half the road has to be shut to allow them to cut the grass. The lot in the town centre just want free parking, just so they don't have to walk from the carpark the council gave them to park in.
They didn't seem to mind about H and S riding quad bikes with a tank mounted on it, on the pavements whilst spraying or blowing the grass out of the way. Seemed to forget the foot in footpath then.
They use a "cleansing facility" round these parts. In dirty at one end, out clean at the other. Where you store a clean set of clothes I don't know, as there's one entrance and one exit.
You were used to all the washing off/down by the time you were teaching them. Now yer love of the "jet wash" becomes clear. Reliving old times.
Enjoy yer trip out...

They were misbehaving, I'd not stand for it if I were you. Hide the remote! First to find it gets to choose what to watch.
