Very elegant tart....what about the orange rind though? Do you need extra sugar to balance it out?
Thank you! Re the orange rind - not in my book because I love bitter tastes! But the orange slices are poached in sugar to soften them before adding to the tart. The tart is cooked first with the custard filling and the slices are added on top for the final 10 minutes.

I had a senior Tea moment today. I made myself a cuppa but then managed to mislay it. I couldn't find it anywhere in the kitchen or in the front room. And I hadn't been upstairs. In the end I gave up and made another cup. It wasn't until later that I found it. It was in the fridge! I have two fridges - one in the kitchen and another under the stairs. It was in the one under the stairs.
