Painkillers halved per day too...
Still not walking too far though, best rest I think.. it's (hopefully) working.

Had hoped more snow would show in the Glen of Coe, but the Great Shepherd's E wall was bare, more likely as it faces E.
Home Alone again....
Just having Greggs bacon roll and coffee, bacon is superb tbh.

I know they kept on predicting food pills, have they become reality now.
Yer saying yer foot doesn't hurt as much now yer've halved the dosage. Good sign hopefully.
May both yer feet continue to work...

Bacon Roll, what's wrong with sausage rolls these days. Coffee made at home, or bought with the bacon roll.
Too much water in some bacon these days.

Served in one of those 'fluffy' rolls which I'm not fond of, but the sauce of brown helped..
Looks like sausage roll for lunch once I've finished my housework, I'm getting back to normal, but taking lots of breaks as you do.
I'll get brownie points
Plenty of dog walkers pass the Towers and not a happy face between them, it is a chore....even when you throw a Hello their way..all covid dogs, most of them.

I did the first part from Fort Bill to Fort Augustus but got told that the foresty part was covered in fallen trees so just took the main cycle route to finish in Inversnecky....so I must watch for old time sake...

Looks like mixed messages of icy roads, snow or hail...I suppose that means they can get it correct, we'll see.
Tomorrow, it's the dentist, Hygienist, then Nursey one after the other..

I made everything okay, roads weren't bad, and 15-20 mins between places. Now the roadworks that were going on for ages have gone away, it was a real nightmare..
I'd better go annoy the grandkids....

It will heal! The power of positive thought can do wonders. Still not willing to tell you how long though, just in case you get yer hopes up.

It's the stupid way they have of doing them now. Takes at least three times as long. One team comes out and delivers the barriers, they might even mark out the area to be fenced off. Then another that'll put the barriers in place, another that does the digging, another doing the work. Then it's repeat in reverse order.
Then there's blocking half the road off for the above to be done, "in safety". If there were anyone working on them, they might have a case.

Rain that was falling most of the day, now stopped and skies have cleared. No white black cars at present.

A silent night, awaiting the repeat tomorrow...
