Well it was Crieff Games yesterday. The locals used to say once the games were over you started to draw your chair closer to the fire.

Is it not still shorts and t-shirt weather up there. I thought wooly vests were saved for when it dropped below zero inside buildings. Or has tha bought a new walk-in freezer.

It's years since I've attended them. I could hear the bagpipes and the loudspeaker noise drifting over. As far as local reports go, they were a success again.
