Damn connection dropped at the bottom of the 4th hill ended up running the second half on my lonesome. I'm not good company at the best of times and today was not the best of times. Bahhhh!

On a positive note I have sweated so much that I am now down to 93kg from the 97.5kg I was about 4 weeks ago. I do suspect however that I can now easily drink a litre of water taking me back to 94kg.

Well and truely . 40 minutes in to the chaingang ride when bsim crashed . Oh well put it down to experience and do a nice warm down on one of the long decents. Nope, nope ,nope . 10 minutes in chuffers crashed again .

Just completed another decent clicked save and accept. You guessed it crash . Luckily it saved the last session. I am now missing about 50 minutes of bsim data .

Wow it doesn't get any easier the second time.

It does get faster though .

Last time I was done by the first hill to be honest. This time I kept something for the end although AAAC was probably just playing with me then and letting me catch up.

Yes, like CXRAndy says "Treat it like intervals". He just forgot to mention the VO2max bits in between .
