Did you take a sneaky short cut?

It's showing you at 9.1 miles as you approach the line, but everyone else at 9.7 miles! Your time of 30:40 looks OK, so I'll just approve your session.

@Add I was determined to avoid getting out sprinted to the line AGAIN (I think you have the measure of me there!) so made a break for it with I think a couple of miles to go. Those last couple of miles trying to maintain the gap were SOOOOOO painful!

And as for you Soarer! Were you implying that your achievement of not having had tea yet, was surpassing my efforts in this race? Because that was very much how it came across. And the image in my head of you wallowing around in a bath of jelly babies was less than motivational....and you criticize my motivational speeches?

Yup, that pretty much sums it up, the idea of cycling up a mountain sounds less awful to me that having my tea late. I am currently trapped here with just the jelly babies the nurses give to kids after jabbing them with stuff for sustenance. I never would have thought this possible but you can actually eat too many jelly babies.

As ever was a great race to watch well done to all of you, think the chaingang ride from a few weeks ago with the downhill, flatbit and then uphill at the end would be an interesting one Geoff.

I just went the long way round, that's why Bridgy beat me.
