I have been fortunate not to cause any further injuries apart from the already incurred ones, some from cycling! I do enjoy the race environment with a degree of excitement, cant wait for Tuesday and Thursday evenings

Makes going on the trainer fun, a word my wife users when I finish a session,also she uses the word entertainment

I've already mentally set aside one ride a month to run the handicap course, figure I'll get it covered the weekend before.

I was planning the same thing so I took Tuesday off to do the handicap.But sadly ended up fishing instead.

Having said that my ride this morning was cancelled due to rain and I did the the Pico Penas session on the turbo.

That's great, I've put you down for a Handicap based on that ride, if you fancy it at some point in the next few weeks.

Loving my bkool and its def brought on my fitness since I got it. It only accounts for about 25% of my riding but I find myself putting in miles more effort than I would on the road.
Tackled a " hard " ride this aft, just 21 miles but worth 360 points and I was keen to beat ( batter! ) a mates time and I needed to maintain 216 watts to get to amateur 8. Got within the last 2 miles showing 226 AV when my iPad just stopped working and all the data was lost!
Gutted, fuming and legs like jelly ( I'm not as fit as some of you lot ) and I was beating my mate by 20ish mins!

Consoling myself with a night out with the wench and a few scoops.

Yes, it's a shame, I was looking forward to this all day. But not sure waves of mild nausea gels particularly well with 32 miles of balls out cycling.
