Ooosh, I knew it was darn tight, lol.
Were you doing the same Bill, or were you free wheeling by then?
Was caught in traffic on the way back from work so rocked in at 7-50. Thought, I've got loads of time as warm-up starts at 8 and race kicks off at 8-10. logged on, realised that race starts at 8 .... PANIC ... made it just in time. Sorry boys@Whorty boom!

ha ha , you seemed to misunderstand the first 'T' of TTT. You nailed the second two T's thoughSorry team white. I'm not much cop at pacing![]()

Only by about 2 minutesWere you in front!![]()

I tried to draft with GW but the ups and downs made it very hard to hold the position. We did do it for about a 1/3 of the race, but not an easy drafting course. I felt good tonight though so thanks to Team White ...we did well for a first time. That was a very hard course to draft on - felt like I got little or no drafting benefit at all! Spent most of the time trying to catch up to get in a draft and then it all broke up again
We stuck together though![]()
I think next weeks course will be easier to stay together,Well done the Whites - who needs tactics, we were all over the shop but still managed a well deserved victory.
Bazzer was off and at it from the start and I never got close to him - not too sure if that was a team plan, but I could have been a sleep when that was discussed.
Whorty and myself were together for most of the race, but I couldn't really get much benefit from drafting.
We eventually got back in touch with Bert on the last climb, probably Bert had slowed to allow us catch up - good team captain stuff.
I was out of it by this stage and slowed right down, hoping the other two would push on to the finish behind Bazzer, who was probably in the shower by this stage.
I rolled in at my own pace, just wanting to keep ahead of the chasing Green team.

I was trying to get us back to Bert but I sensed with a few minutes to go you was urging me on so I stepped on the pedals to get up that last hill. Found Bert at the top having a cuppaWell done the Whites - who needs tactics, we were all over the shop but still managed a well deserved victory.
