130 rpm... kudos! :bravo:

Are you back on the KICKR?

Geoff

Not yet Geoff. I will need to get it set back up , partly to test the latest bkool software, but also I keep nearly toppling off the bkool pro when going flat out. It is not as stable as the kickr.

EDIT: In seconds:
Stage 1: Me at 00.0 Bill at 15.4 Lars at 16.9
Stage 2: Me at 15.8 Bill at 28.8 Lars at 00.0
Bonus1: Me at 12.1 Bill at 00.0 Lars at 18.5
Standing Me at 00.0 Bill at 16.3 Lars at 7.9

Bill, I redid the bonus sprint.
I challenged myself so as not to get depressed at getting left behind but I still got your ghost from your first run.
Despite me pulling an unrealistic 2800 watts to your 1099 at the start you still peaked at 81 kph on the first climb to my 74.
I absolutely hammered the part of the first climb and then you came past me so I almost canned it but then I realised it was me coming past me and not you so I regained my composure and dug in.
Managed to top your first ride but not your second but I was using the Classic.

Don't worry, you have a week to post a time, in fact if either you or Soarerv8 post a time that would give you a moving time for a third place finish and qualify your team. Obviously, if you can draft each other that would help the time, if you can't all of Team Green get together for a re-run you could always draft their ghosts!

I know this is not how TTT works for the Pro's, but hey this is a Virtual world with Virtual rules!

Geoff
Right am up for that

Ahem....:hello:......some of us were "flat out"!

And you improved your time by nearly 2 minutes!

Bazzer improved by 6.6 minutes
Whorty by 3.1 minutes
Monte and Insomnia were glued together and both improved by 2.1 minutes, great team work guys
Andy improved by 1.9 minutes
Bridgy by 1.8 minutes
Tommy by 1.7 minutes
Lars by 0.8 minutes

All you other guys helped by providing the drafting and motivation...

Even with the extenders extended, AKA stabilizers (or granny bars)

Plus I did notice from the Sky 'Black Team' picture earlier on they find the KIKR so unstable they have to leave their bikes on them to stop them falling over!

:hello: And me! Despite coming last for team blue I beat my previous best by 26 seconds. I think that's known as strength in depth or some bollux^_^

Turns out it was the perfect warm up for a crack at the Sprint Stage. Sorry Bridgy, bumped you a place on that one. But still well behind you in the League, you're trouncing me!

So you did - and you made sure to challenge my ghost so that I got one of those nasty "you'be been challenged and beaten" emails too :cursing:

No way I could have had a decent go at that after tonight's race though so fair play to you for doing that as your warm down!

Good man!

Hopefully will hear from a few others wanting to join in but so far it seems we have four teams of four. Would be good to get another couple of riders for Teams Green and White...

Team Blue - Bill, Bob, Lars, Bridgy

Team Mauve - Adam, Kipster, CXRAndy, Tommy

Team Green - Monte, Berty, Insomnia, Soarerv8

Team White - Bert1971, Goldwolfie, Whorty, Bazzer

Still got places for

Guy & Roleur
Alfie & Stuart
John18, Ste Corny, Benh & Jellybaby
Paul F, Rob & Kapelmuur

and anyone else who wants to join in.

If you can't make a run tomorrow at 8pm, your team may able to organize a run later in the week to try and improve on tomorrows time?

Cheers,

Geoff
'Twas thinking I might take a go with ghosts from the white team this weekend. I didn't see who the 3rd rider was that passed over the finish line or how far back they were from #2, so no clue if I'd be able to improve the team's time in any real way.

Alternately, I could try to stay with Insomnia & Monte's ghosts and see if they could pull me up the hills.
