sat eve i can do as long as not too late -- but dont tell !
We just need to get one of the two of us who didn't take part Tuesday towed over the line as fast as possible to get the third man in.

You may notice I am inferring I quite fancy being towed.

My centre of gravity is a bit higher than you racing snakes. Problem i have a smooth tile floor and no mat, so that dammed turbo just wants to walk around the room, I expect to cycling with the Yukka plant in the corner sometime soon
Try a rubber yoga mat, good grip on one of those yokes!

I am sad that I missed the fun last night . I'm not sure what I would have given to a team other than being a lead weight .

Team White: Wow, just Wow. :wahhey:

Teams Not Red and Blue: :boxing::boxing::boxing::boxing:. I wish I could have watched that live.

Team Green: :notworthy:, insomnia and Monte. You deserved to triumph due to adversity. :bravo:.

I hope I can join in next week :mrpig:
Am I in your team Boxers? I've been out of the loop for a few days and a gazillion messages to catch up with!!! Couldn't be bothered reading them all :laugh:

There was a team Magenta and a Team White that only managed 2 riders each so we combined ... so we have a mega Team White at the moment  Myself, @Goldwolfie , @bazzer99 and @bert1971 was the 4 last night. @JLaw and @theboxers I think are going to have a re-run Saturday that a few of us from last night might tag along too. :bicycle:

if you pace us to a faster time, then of course you can  Not sure the exact time on Saturday yet but I think it will be up to @JLaw as he is the other side of the pond, so probably late afternoon/early evening I would think. We might send @bazzer99 up the road with you as a spy

LIVING THE DREAM
As Lars says, your power figures are mental. But for some reason the Classic doesn't go quite so fast it seems. Do you know which trainer configuration gives you the best performance speed/time wise?
I'd be tempted to re try Stage 2 tonight but that could work badly against me with stage 3 ride being tomorrow, but there is always the re-run on Saturday.

Bill/Lars, I am under no illusion that they are not real watts, just BKool Watts.
This is one of those sessions where BKool technique plays a big part which is demonstrated no better that mine and Bill's first 700 meters during which our speed does not drop below 50 kph and considering its nearly all climbing that is a probably almost humanly impossible for most if not all.
As a BKool turbo does not ever measure power, or even torque, the ability to go so fast uphill as a result of a quirk in the SW Programme means you are already generating insanely unrealistic average watts.
What I think are facts is that we are all roughly the same BKool weight and Bills average Watts/Kg is not hugely different than your but he is almost 3 kph faster over the course and we have all averaged over 50 kph over a course that climbs 50m over 5.3 km which is no mean feat in itself and probably not possible for any of us in the real world on this course or one like it
.
My average speed comes in the middle of both of yours but my average watts are way higher and this is probably to do with me switching back to the Classic.
Remembering that I came into Cycle Chat as an Elite 4 or more, and I have never managed to get back there after I purposely demoted myself when I set up my Pro Rig, I think that my higher Watts is down to the Trainer and nothing else.

As for the best config I think the Pro suits the Chain Gang sessions best but only because it acts more closely to all of your BKool Pro's however both of my Turbo's are stuck on an older version of Firmware due to physical PCB faults and or configuration o I think both of them give me various disadvantages and advantages.
For that reason I am still on the look out for another donor Pro to steal a PCB from but this time I will only go for something that is already at the latest standard.
