This looks to be one for the climbers so my hope is the climbers will be tired by the time we get to the long steep hill at the end. How long I do not know but it looks vicious.
So what to do? Take it easy on the flat to save energy for the hill, or try to make up time on the climbers by going fast on the flat???

Me too going out for a curry with the lads. Sadly however the lads are now fat middle aged and largely bald copies of the group of young bucks who used to go out and about together so we will be out comparing who takes what prescription medication and risking heartburn following a big meal.I'll be on the missing list tonight I'm afraid. .Standard practice these days. go, out, have a beer, have a curry, go home, take an antacid, go to bed. Wake up 3 times in the night to pee, take another antacid. Try to sleep, realise you now have a headache. take a neurofen. alarm goes off and crawl out of bed to go to work
