Simulator hung on me, had to reboot and of course it starts me some distance behind the last rider... Whatever time I got is totally bogus.

Bit of a disaster start though. Couldn't get the H to type in chase so lost over 90 seconds form our start time.

For future reference @bazzer99 (& if you've not already realised?) when you type in "h" and the annoying help screen pops up, just hit "h" again and it will go away and you can carry on typing

Cheers @bridgy . I thought I'd tried that but in my panic to get started I started mashing the keyboard with my fist and somehow it eventually worked. I'll prepare better next time - the bkool went all solid on me so had to reset it in the minute before the start.

I'm afraid the close finish was chaos and is probably impossible to follow on the recording!

I used to get the bkool high resistance bug, I found that as AAAC said, stop pedalling and in reset's. sometimes it needs a change of gradient to assist it.

When I contacted bkool they did a calibration check and update the firmware, but that was 15 months ago and I've not had the problem since.

Well the adjustment worked, sort of. It was defenitely easier @76 and a bit kilo.

The sad thing is I think I left the legs on the road Sunday and stage 5 yesterday. I set a pb by 2 seconds but did not have anything else to give

Bkool crashed, I will log in again to see if it will upload my ride. It said it had saved it but then crashed.

10 seconds slower than last week

It felt tougher today. Team Blue flew by in the last mile, where did they get that extra speed.? I thought we had the measure on the downhills, guess not. Well done team Blue

Interesting that on this course, what you gained on the climb you lost on the descent.

At least you could stay closer to your team!
