Bahh. Jumped the gun ever-so-slightly and had to wait for spindown. In an effort to speed up that process I rubbed my bike shoe against the flywheel. I didn't see any smoke, but the smell of burning rubber is still in the room. Never got into a good rhythm after that. Planning to head out into the real world tomorrow, so if there's a re-run I'll probably miss it.

i could see you were stronger than me the steeper it got. You kept pulling away from me! so i just tried to hang in and sprint as the slope eased and then hope i could get past you and stay away. Great tussle. mid 170s hr says it all

@TurboTommy No idea why you came last, you put out the most watts of anyone (apart from AAAC) and were also very close to the target watts/Kg, like almost everyone else, but you were 4 minutes behind Andy!

Sometimes the simulation just doesn't seem to be working sensibly...

I had a good warm up, I just finished the sprint 1 in the other league, so I had already prepared my legs/lungs for a burst after 0.1marker. Then I had to just hang on!
