Steak n' Chips with a bread roll and butter, a local delicacy with a half pint of Coke to up my energy.

One thing I must say is I think it's true what they say about mosquitoes and alcohol. I've been bitten more than ever before so perhaps I should introduce some cocktails into my digestion friendly diet because I am sure that it will have less effect on my bowel movements than the toxins in mozy bites.
Can't blame them though as I have even thickened up my blood for them by not taking my daily aspirin and statins in an attempt too keep more food in my blood stream.

Yep, you were with the other 3 fast starters for a short while, then dropped slightly off (about 7 seconds) for ages, then slipped behind JonBon.

Must be hard to draft when you can't see the other riders!

Sorry Bridgy wasnt tight behind you at any point to find out, but I had similar problems when I logged in the first two times - couldnt see anybody listed. Third time they all appeared one by one very slowly so there's a new bug in the system by the looks of it.
You were right behind me on the line closing fast - was convinced you were hunting me down -

Had a sicky feeling in my mouth after that one!! This Bkool lark is much harder than road racing!!

Edit: Great race Lars, Bill and Jon - couldnt hold on on a hill after a minor airbrake and hadnt the energy to fight back!

I was having the same when joining the ride - I could only see people who joined after me - including you at one point actually! I also went in and out several times and even logged out and back in but it kept doing it and I ran out of time so had to stick with it in the end.
