24:30 Soarerv8 does something very silly and decides to try to play with the boys from big school. They knock off his glasses, steal his lunch money and throw him into a hedge where he lies dazed and confused in a pool of his own wee at about 24:33 but for those 3 glorious seconds............
Haha! I remember that - you refused to lay down and let us just go past you and did a heroic sprint to get back in front (briefly!) ^_^

I noticed everyone quit the session when finished. What do you all do to cool down?
We've had issues in the past with the ride crashing while in warm down and not saving the ride, so most of us save it straight away and warm down elsewhere (or at least I do!). I tend to find a velodrome session and warm down in there

Well done all

It was really entertaining to watch until my daughter demanded some attention... Bertie like a machine at the moment!

@bobinski I think I need some tips on how to avoid future parental responsibility. Maybe without the breaking of limbs if at all possible .

You say that but what if the child's broken limb got you a day off work to take them to Hospital? Result, surely.;)

I disappear off to do one of the 'Descenso' sessions (do a search with that term in the session tab) I have saved in my favourites. Something like this
http://www.bkool.com/profile/detail/127390?durationType=DISTANCE&lapCount=1

I tend to do the slightly longer ones, 10-15 miles, as they give me 10-30 minutes of warm down rather than the 5 at the end of each session. I feel it has helped me in lessening the pain in my legs after these sessions. You may need to use the shorter ones as my registered weight, mammoth sized, allows me to complete these fairly quickly, ask AAAC :giggle:.

We did use a different version previously

This is the one I had 37 minutes on.

My other time on tonights was an unfinished 9 minute 2 miler

Really annoying, two almost identical sessions, uploaded by the same person, I struggled to work out which one we had previously used, and got it wrong! It would have helped if I had been able to look at previous league stages, but the current bug in this area put paid to that!

This one was a bit easier, for some reason it had 40% less meters to climb, even though it was the same route and just about the same length.

I much prefer bkool to zwift, because we can ride so many routes, routes we've ridden in real life, and routes we'd like to, but they overdo it, e.g. synching every ride from Strava, and the inability to delete anything means finding a decent session among the multitudes is a challenge.

Crikey  200 bkool miles since the 10th and 2 Goat sessions on consecutive days . No wonder it feels like I have fence posts for legs :surrender:

That's a massive effort mate well done. Maybe pre plan some rest days into your schedule? I didn't get on the bike for 4 days and cycling today felt better than it has in weeks.

I try to do the various tues and thurs/sat sessions. I then do at least one other evening. It just seems like I've had a bug (in a good way :headshake:) for getting on the bike for the last week or so.

The goat sessions have not been kind to me .

Just started using Zwift this week as it happens I get two free months for being on Strava Premium.

It's very slick and the app is a nice touch too. The training programmes seem excellent - tried one last night and although it wasnt that taxing I can see huge potential. Everything just works and is very well thought through.
Jumped off it onto Bkool to do a session I'd created which give me 5 x 30 second intervals at 6% separated by 1:30 of flat. That was tougher but no real motivation to hit certain Watts a la Zwift. Tried to create a more refined version with more intervals and less rest and of course it fails to save it with no explanation as to what was wrong. :cursing: I really feel like giving up on bkool at the minute as the main appeal is the racing and I'm not getting to do much of it these days.

OK. Had a bit of a rant to the USA Bkool guy and got the following response:

Hi Richard. That response does sound like a language problem. I'll take it up with HQ today. The other problems may be related to the big overhaul that's going on. The new simulator app is supposed to hit tomorrow. I tested a beta version and it has a number of features and fixes you will like. I know that every available resource has been focused on the new simulator. It's a big change.

:cuppa: sounds interesting!
