TheBoxers on Cycle Sim sw
I once tried the BKool Training Programme. Talk about sleeping on a bike. I did however do some research and many coaches were bigging up slower is better but unfortunately it just did not hold my interest so I sacked training for 'fun and pains'.
I'm due another HIIT session on Friday. A slight variation on what I setup last week, same durations more power . I'm  how I'll do but we'll see :surrender:.

It worked well last week, by the end I was totally shot, but not as bad as I expected .

Hi,

Back on the sim after a three week enforced vacation, cheese and wine... lots of wine... tried to do a chaingang with Boxers and Whorty's ghosts (Autobus comrades).. five miles into 20 miles .... BANG..:heat::B).. cogs, chain bits n flesh all over the virtual road..

My question is friends... should I consider never having a holiday again due to the risk of being put in charge of the lantern rouge?

On another slightly happier subject, I've signed up to my first sportive of 2017 and put myself down as Team CycleChat...:becool:

Got some work to do...

Ok, Chaingang stage done. you guys should have no problem at all beating my time tomorrow, as Bkool definitely did not do me any favours at all this time.

Bob, just noticed your Col d'Aspin time. You beat me by almost 8 minutes :surrender:.

Yeah, I think I was angry at myself for my poor parenting and decided i needed some self flagellation ^_^

Old firmware perhaps? ;)

Or perhaps the newest bkool firmware? NOT!

Just done tourmalet and managed to break the hour which hurt rather a lot.

I'm sure u can use my 2nd time and draft
I used my previous ride as I knew I had stayed with GW for 40 laps so if I needed to bail again at that point I knew I could stay with my own ghost. As you saw (thanks for the encouragement :okay: ) i actually managed to stay the distance this time and knocked 4 minutes off my PB

Friendly admins ... any chance you could do the does please? ... I did a brief Col de la Madeliene to qualify. My velo time was 39 mins 40 secs. Muchas gracios ^_^

Just noticed I beat @Goldwolfie by 4 seconds on the Velodrome session, but lost to @rob01792 by 1 second :headshake:If only I could have held the speed a bit more on those last 2 laps, but my legs had gone and I had nothing left :heat:

Apologies to GW - I used your ghost for the whole ride :notworthy: Couldn't have done it without you. Please feel free to do the same to me to get your lead back :okay:
