I'm due another HIIT session on Friday. A slight variation on what I setup last week, same durations more powerI once tried the BKool Training Programme. Talk about sleeping on a bike. I did however do some research and many coaches were bigging up slower is better but unfortunately it just did not hold my interest so I sacked training for 'fun and pains'.

If only I could have held the speed a bit more on those last 2 laps, but my legs had gone and I had nothing left
