Looking back to last year, I did Huez 3 times (in a week). 1:21, 1:19, 1:23. I was trying to sort out a discrepancy between the elapsed time on my screen and the final recorded time. Not 100% sure it got sorted out, so it'll be interesting to check on that a year later in addition to judging my own changes in fitness/strength.
I have trouble getting above 150. So I live that statement most of the time time. I can only get higher, for me, heart rates in shorter sessions. I am then shot.
It is part of the reason I am starting in on the HIIT sessions. I need to find a way to move forward as I am stuck on a power level at the moment.
Any chance a kindly admin can approve my Gowerton Start ride from last night please? I want to use this as an excuse for my slow ride tonightLast time I rode d'huez I managed it in 1hr 11 mins .... not sure I'll be doing it that quickly tonight

OMG Whorty!! I never expected this to happen to you! You must be one of the few rare cases and apparently there's no cure.
This rare condition is called DIRALNATIWR which is short for "Dreamed I Rode A League Ride Last Night And Thought It Was Real".
Obviously this is the case as there's no sign of your Gowerton Start ride anywhere on Bkool, League or no League.
Sorry but under the circumstances I'm not sure you can use that as a valid excuse for Alpe d'Huez tonight.![]()
