@bobinski looks like your feeling much better, my legs couldn't cope tonight in fact i can safely say that I didn't enjoy the session my mind wondered about doing a goat ride and how much fun it would be instead of this  i was about 20-30 seconds slower tonight than the last time and everyone's connection was jumping about so i couldn't do a steady chase down Noha's was the worse.
@Monte shame you lost your connection you had just over a minute on me and you was pulling away.
So goat ride at 5 tomorrow then:hyper:
My connection always seems to jump around a lot. I contacted BKool last winter and anything they advised I do hasn't made it any better. Frustrating, but most of you are way faster so probably don't notice after a few miles.

Oh well that sucked donkey bits. Was on the start line 45 seconds to go and the network went down. Turned it all off and then on again didn't work flounced into the house and turned everything there on and off again and after about 15 minutes of sulking got it working. Joined the ride behind the last rider but nobody there and could only see the big boys miles down the road. Had a lonely ride and then the network went wonky again so couldn't save the ride.

Bahhhhhhhh

At least I wasn't savaged by a hoard of vicious killer rats.
Oh and to cap it all Spotify seemed to be on a "people who snuffed it recently" playlist. I ended up trying to climb a hill to Leonard Cohen and that doesn't work.

Did anyone see that guy called Mani in the ride? There was something odd going on, as he absolutely flew by me on the uphills - as in I'm doing 400 watts and he whizzed past me like I was stood still and he was doing 20mph! I then kept easily catching and passing him on the flats or downhills!

Did you see me on the ride?

I saw you drop off the warmup with about a minute to go and figured the rat had attacked

I then saw you join the last rider and you gradually reeled me in with about 5 km to go. You got my wheel for about 10 seconds then dropped back about 30 seconds then vanished again. I was hoping you'd stay there as I was suffering and could have done with someone to ride with :heat: If it's any consolation, you started about 2 1/2 minutes behind me and had you stayed on you would have beaten me.

You can say that again re: Noah. I was watching his yellow blob and it was all over the place - sometimes behind you, then 5 minutes ahead, then seemingly going backwards on the course .... absolute bonkers

Your little yellow blob was all over the shop tonight. Was actually quite funny to see you zoom up the road, bomb past the leaders, then drop back, seemingly going backwards to Breedon, then disappear, then do it all over again!

He's using Pep Tatches Turbo, look at all those flat spots, looks like power disconnect or turbo/PC connection problems

Tried to look at some of his other rides but his page is locked.

Big Yella is on the turbo. Bkool quick release from the GT, 25mm section tyre on the back pumped to 125psi, the cadence and speed sensors froy the Hoy. All ready to go :bicycle:.

I will try to do a goat ride or a bkool workout tomorrow,, as long as the phone stays silent .

It will look like a Norwich supporter on a Turbo!

Well that is a nuisance no unfortunately couldn't see you all I could see was the grown ups miles up the road. You would have monstered me up the hill towards the end.
