You're not trying to sell me a dodgy trainer are you bob so you get an advantage on the goats stages:biggrin:

^_^
I reckon bkool dialing in will solve any lingering issues and if not they will hopefully replace under warranty so you may, subject to cost, end up with either a unit that works or a new unit entirely:okay:

This is my bike for the DD hopefully I'll be able to get out Sunday for a quick spin to get the saddle and post in the right position

Paul, much as I like the thought of trying the above two options to catch up with you, its only a new Conti. GP 4000 tyre.
That's what I have on the wheel currently in my trainer - good tyre both on the road and Bkool.

Have you gone for 23 or 25? (Mine's 25)

LOL, yep, you've obviously been collaborating with AAAC.

I went for the 23 but guessing it won't make hardly any difference which size is used. I thought if it's working for you and LB then it's good enough for me. Not that it'll be quite good enough for what I'll need.

My strength is in constant efforts, vary the pace a lot and I will struggle.
The problem is that most rides have uphills and you absolutely kill me on these which is why I can never keep up with you in the end. I feel like a fish on the end of the string riding against you!
Personally I'm having a great time, these rides are giving me the buzz that I really needed. As you can guess I'm pretty competitive and the chaingang and handicap races are feeding my enthusiasm. I didn't even drink any alcohol this week because of them!:hyper:

You'll have to let me know if you reckon it gives you a higher power output... I'm thinking I could put one on myself if it works...
