Just looked at the stage five finishers and @JacobSkovsgaard took 45 minutes to complete.. its going to be a long night..

Any new riders please join the ride by searching for Bill S (at about 7:01) in the filter and you'll know you're in the right place if you see some of us usual suspects there. Warmup is the usual 10 mins. No ghosts this time as they are only a distraction until bkool get their act together.

I'll be there, even though I feel whoosey, for my first every ride with you guys if I can overcome my technical incompetence.

I soft-pedalled on my commute home tonight to be 'ready' for it. But I don't think anything will get me ready for 6km at 15% !

BTW - ghosts worked for me last time out. Well, as far as that they weren't going sideways - they did all bugger off and left me riding on my own.

..... Excuses first. Been a long busy week at work. Very tired. Cycled last night so legs a bit leaden. It's cold. It's a Thursday. It's nearly December. I'll add extra excuses as I think of them

I'm in, going to take it easy for a while, I've been referred to the spinal unit, which sort of explains the cramp like pains I've been getting down my right leg ... I may be forced to let you go on the climb
