@keithaitch I've not been near strava for ages, but had a look when your comment came through by email. Looks like I cannot reply as I don't have premium, but I was going to say I'm absolutely shocked by the distance and climbing you put in compared to me 
No wonder you are so quick. I've been doing 6 rides per week on my turbo since the start of 2020, but you still put in 5 times more distance than me. I'll keep going but I think I'll need some special mega fairy dust to catch you any time soon.

thx Bill. Just re-ran that 1st Feb ride, challenging my own ghost, turned out to be quite motivational, I think I beat it by a few seconds but they're not to be trusted. Keith and Microkid were gone though, couldn't even draft... Happy to report zero tech issues, Bluetooth & Ant+ combo working well still! 
I saw a message about the mandatory BSIM upgrade tomorrow boasting the improved drafting, looking forwards to that.

Knowing you...it can be done. A highly motivated keith is not what you want chasing you down
..btw I recall a similar situation last year where I ended up several minutes off your pace at the end of it all.I need to have a word with Pep.

Latest version installed succesfully. For those who haven't tried the beta version, which it is, here are a couple of things to help you get used to it. The gaps between you and the two cyclists ahead of you and behind you, top left of the screen now scroll between time gap and distance gap, it seems to change from one to the other about every 5 seconds. The drafting graphic is very similar to the one we had a year ago. A horizontal ,grey, rectangular box appears centre top of the screen whenever one cyclist is within 25 meters of you, either ahead or behind. You are always the yellow cyclist the other person is white. Once you are within 5 meters a yellow box appears and if any pàrt of you is within that box the drafting effect kicks in and it's easier to ride. If you get within 1m of the cyclist in front of you the graphic disappears. If you ease off to 2m distance it reappears (Annoying in my opinion!). The graphic only shows one opponent regardless of how many cyclists there are, so if you are in the middle of a group of 20 there will only be one white cyclist in front of you and one behind you. It appears that ghosts do not induce the drafting graphic or affect and they now appear tro have a circle on their bum like a target. Bkool Bots do induce the graphoic and the effect. Technical points for @Brusgaard : under the clock (top right) it has FPS and a changing number and Ping and another changing number are these of any use or have they just forgotten to remove them from the display. Also its seems this version is newer than the beta version so is there no point in continuing to beta test until a new beta is released?

Is there anything you don't know?. Yes I had selected that option, I will disable it. On another point I couldn't find the real weather option to switch it off, any idea?

Actually the "performance stats" label is a bit misleading these days, as you/users may think that enables/disables the "performance stats" (introduced in V5) shown when you finish a ride. They should rename it to Technical stats or similar.
Great info @keithaitch . But what I guess what we all really want to know is if this update will finally award me the 100s of new watts that are rightfully mine and that we all know I deserve.
