I rode that last Thursday before work and felt super slow. You're really burning it up. 5 minutes faster than me. I rode this week's ride before I left town and was shooting for under an hour. I'm curious to see how you do on this one.

Geoff,

It's good to hear you're doing OK. I think Rick probably wants you to add that ride but maybe add an extra 10 minutes.
Randy,
Will hopefully get doing this week's ride alright. Things have been a bit all over the place recently plus getting the odd outdoor ride makes it hard to find time and legs to do the leagues! Weather's rubbish again here though so should get it done.

Geoff,
Trust you feel 100% soon and look forward to seeing you on bkool again!

Have you tried uncheking "Full screen"?

No, but I'll try that. Thank you for the suggestion.

Just out of interest.....what settings do other people use when in 3D? And does anyone bother with the real weather conditions? I will do some more testing later today but I just get the impression that when using max settings with the trainer (as opposed to simply watching) and with user created courses the rendering is somehow broken. It was noticeable that on two user created courses I tried yesterday (one of my own and one the Richmond Park lap) the rendering was broken at exactly the same point on both my PC and laptop whereas I completed a BKool course without problem.

I should hopefully make it Monte. Was playing badminton after work though so hopefully it didn't deplete the energy banks too much!

Well the "sit down" muscles are pretty limp right now, but there should be something left for the climb, so tactics today is to take it easy at first, and then go beserk on the climb.

Rick,

51 minutes!!?? I think you need to be tested for Snickers.

Na no more snickers for me - moved on to the hard stuff - special K! :wahhey:

Pretty pleased with that overall but I was fading for the last 5 miles or so. :heat:

the weights starting to slowly come of me now so just lowered my weight (after the race) to 87kg. Hope to get another 2-3 of KG off over the summer.
