If I'm up that early...I'm up for that.Which session are you thinking about, I fancy doing the early one whilst the garage is nice and cool?

another way is to do a search and invite from resultApart from sending email friend requests of which I don't have people's emails so can't do that how do you invite people to be friends on bkools website. As per usual I keep just going round in circles 😬
Nah, not really. 2-3 km before the finish my Thursday time seemed unbeatable, so I slowed down… At least I got rid of them irritating Spurrer bots then.A monster is born... Cries from the back of the tandem "Go faster @Brusgaard is catching us"
If I'm up that early...
Yes, upon reflection I think the afternoon session is a far better idea. @shimceltic do you know how many kms it is?If I'm up that early...
Gimme a shout when social distancing is over and I'll come fit you 1That was just too hot for me.I need a new air con unit for my loft.
Unfortunately not, out of curiosity what's the most anyone has managed on an indoor sessionYes, upon reflection I think the afternoon session is a far better idea. @shimceltic do you know how many kms it is?

Good try, I think 20km sessions followed by a stretch and snack would probably be the way to goTried to do 100 km on Zwift twice but failed. Next time I think I’ll have to take a 5 min. break and change clothes, as I sweat way too much and gets all kinds of problems “down there” making it impossible to continue.
Last year I was training for a London to Paris charity ride in July (which got me into this cycling lark) but I got punted off my bike by a car in April so had to play catch up on a trainer for a bit whilst my back healed. Long sessions were the hardest, never managed 100km but this one got close - https://www.strava.com/activities/2380632313Good try, I think 20km sessions followed by a stretch and snack would probably be the way to go
Too easy to get off when it's in the garage. I'm missing club rides as I don't think I've managed 1 this yearLast year I was training for a London to Paris charity ride in July (which got me into this cycling lark) but I got punted off my bike by a car in April so had to play catch up on a trainer for a bit whilst my back healed.
