I'll be there tonight, first league ride on the tandem so that's another two participants. I'll also do the early ride tomorrow and then we've got the stay at home handicap on Monday evening.

Nah, not really. 2-3 km before the finish my Thursday time seemed unbeatable, so I slowed down… At least I got rid of them irritating Spurrer bots then.

Tried to do 100 km on Zwift twice but failed. Next time I think I’ll have to take a 5 min. break and change clothes, as I sweat way too much and gets all kinds of problems “down there” making it impossible to continue.

Good try, I think 20km sessions followed by a stretch and snack would probably be the way to go
Last year I was training for a London to Paris charity ride in July (which got me into this cycling lark) but I got punted off my bike by a car in April so had to play catch up on a trainer for a bit whilst my back healed. Long sessions were the hardest, never managed 100km but this one got close - https://www.strava.com/activities/2380632313
Not sure I fancy that long again, had to mop the floor after those sessions.
