Short answer, no! Buy an extra power adaptor instead. They are usually cheap, and a non-branded one will probably work just fine.
Most laptops will throttle if low on power, and will eventually go to sleep, and you don’t want that during a ride!
Thx, you are truly worth your weight in gold, even on a climb I'd happily pay the price.

I got a good start (for once) and managed to hang with @perswe and worked a little bit together before the inevitable happened and @keithaitch reeled us in on a climb (number two?) thought I'll just try and hold onto @perswe for as long as possible before he kicks me to the side of the road and goes off chasing Keith, I was absolutely xx(, way into the red as every minute passed though I did wonder, maybe this is Per's limit too? I was having to stand on the climbs to try and find some muscle fibres that still worked, other times sitting far back on the seat and pushing over the top. I can honestly say that was it, all in. I think one of the standing climbs I managed to break the draft with Per, I never thought it would last though. As we got near the end I think 2nd last climb, there was a glimmer of hope that I could hold Per off so just kept churning along. Drinking beer now, hoping to still be alive in the morning.
My watch says rest for 72hours, it's never been that long before, must've scared it.
We all pushed it hard tonight which is a testament to the mutual respect we have for each other, knowing anything but 110% will leave us regretting not giving it one more go, yet again, even when there is nothing left to give, yet, somehow we find it. Heroic.

To help you recover from the excesses of the holiday period....so far! January's league has been published. I haven't had time to check out the routes on the trainer but they look fine, all have 3D and video and only one stage should elicit complaints from @berty bassett and me and only one from the rest of you! 5 weeks so plenty of time to work off all that beer and extra roast potatoes! Unfortunately the first stage won't appear on your simulators until Wednesday 29/12 as bkool thinks that a league ending on 27/12 (the current one) and one starting on 28/12 (proposed start date for January's league) creates an overlap! Don't even try to rationalise it just accept bkool live in a world of their own.
i think you might have mistaken the starting point of stage 2. @Goldwolfie will be surprised if you tuck in behind him on that stage. I'm just sayin'

that said...the January league looks good albeit a bit tough...at least there seem not to be segments above 12% uphill....and as long as we can avoid too many of those I'm happy. 😀

My Road bike has 48/35 chain rings and 10/28 cassette. I've just bought a 10/33 cassette. Will I need a longer chain?

48? Are you on a junior bike??? Now that you have turned 40, it is time to upgrade to a grown-up's chainset, and they start at 50+ teeth!

OK, you are forgiven, only just now noticed the 10t at the back. But still, 48t front and 33t back sounds like a pretty easy gear, especially if used on a BKOOL Pro 2. :-) Sure could use it on the NEO!
The current 28 on the back is just a bit hard on anything above 15% so the new cassette is pretty similar and only has 28 then 33 so no loses anywhere else. It's for outside not bkool
