@BILL S tommy sends his love
Please give Tommy my best regards. Despite what I've been through I'm not quite willing to swap teams yet. I'm sticking to bkool.

@AAAC 76C was particularly pedestrian up the climb this evening. Sour 🍇!
That's because I hit the climb too hard on Thursday and I had very little left for the descent, which as you know can feel harder than what you appear to get out of it on BKool.
It was always in my plan for today to let you do a good share of the work going up and then put my all into dragging us back down the other side.

Cheers Randy, good to be back. Thought I’d give Bkool another try instead of Zwift. Was a bit disappointed to see it’s still a bit glitchy.
Enjoyed the ride, but when I challenged my ghost today, I beat it by about 26 seconds but it posted up a loss of 6 seconds to it on the site. Any idea why?

Third ride of the day, the RGT 30km I TT was tough at lunchtime. The legs didn't have enough to ever gap you and you seem always to be able to up the power significantly to bridge any gap.
Very happy with the result, would have been ecstatic if I'd nicked it.

The ghosts always go slower that they did in reality. Whether thus was intentional or not its not such a bad thing as you can't just challenge a ghost, wheelsuck and then sprint to win in the finale.

Common problem, don't believe a ghost. We've almost stopped using them as the times are not reliable, and they no longer offer drafting.

I've learned over the last few months that if you don't like the result you can just ignore it. In my world view I won today's race. If you'd like I'll start saying you were a close second. We were both several minutes ahead of 3rd place.

It can feel like it in the begining if you were not the instigator.
But once you let that wash over you life gets better.

Sure, but @BILL S being totally radio silent in the last 5 months, made us/me think something "worse" had happened... So looking at the alternatives, I'm glad it's something most people survive, albeit maybe hard at times.
