Sure, but @BILL S being totally radio silent in the last 5 months, made us/me think something "worse" had happened... So looking at the alternatives, I'm glad it's something most people survive, albeit maybe hard at times.
Sorry I really didn't mean to but I lost my motivation to do anything for a while.

Good to know that about ghosts being an irrelevance. They were a useful tool for pushing yourself to beat previous efforts. But naff they’ve cocked that up.

I popped my turbo cherry alongside Bill many years ago, and had many a torturous evening trying to beat him...with varying degrees of success.

Failure and abject failure being the two most common result I seem to remember😁

Bill glad you’re ok amigo. Adam messaged me to say you were making a comeback. Hadn’t realised you weren’t racing to be honest which shows how far out of the loop I am... all I can say is keep going mate. Which, as I remember with some bitterness, is what you always seemed to do in the races!

I love you too aaac, and happy new year everyone! 🥂🥂Berty basset is harassing me on a daily basis about rgt so I might see you very soon.

Harassing, usually riders just in front of him, then dropped like a stone seems to be @berty bassett trait. He smashed the TT yesterday and i'll be very happy if I can hold his wheel on today's stage. The Unkoolers second in the team classification btw!

What is the ride you did to the velodrome? I challenged you but hope you were trying and not just taking it easy.

First ride out for a month or so @Randyberlin and my left knee is a little sore. I’ve missed the aerobic fitness of cycling and therefore, didn’t push. My HR hit 175 at one point which is unheard of.. I need to work my way back in to it. I’ll save the route as a favourite to measure improvement. 👍🚲🚲

Small question. I used to train 6 days a week (running, swimming, cycling, fitness). Around summer, when everything i trained for was cancelled I struggled maintaining my trainingregime. I am now down to 3 times a week. I recently started using Bkool for the first time since last winter again. I did a couple of rides and noticed that my power and speed have dropped big time. My own ghosts from last winter beat me by 5 to even 15 minutes on 1 hour rides. I can't even keep up with the Lapdog family. My power is down by +/- 25% and so is my speed. Does anyone experience the same (perhaps because some kind of update) or is it really the price for training less? My running speed is about the same as last winter though. So it's pure cycling.

Been told to ignore your ghosts as they now have a mind of their own , if ftp is still set to last year is there any possibility that the lapdogs are doing your expected to do ? Very easy to lose speed on a bike

The sim has had updates to make it more realistic, any times before the update are faster as we had unrealistic watts.

I did the rgt race at 12:30. The software isn’t as pretty as zwift but I like the phone app a lot. And once you get going, and with a sufficient amount of sweat running into your eyes, it all looks the same anyway!

I understand you guys are involved quite an big league at the moment. Are you still doing a regular race once a week too?
