I better not upgrade from my old Bkool turbo, or I'll never make it up most of the hilly stages.I gained about 30 watts when I made the switch. But the big change is the extra resistance on the climbs. It is way harder.
Actually looks flattish @Brusgaard
Yes I thought I had enough at the top of the hill but you nearly caught me.Well done all - that was tough.
Yeah after a slow start on my part I thought we'd been left in no-mans land, I tried to push to the front group but ran out of matches so clung onto @BKIain and @keithaitch for the 1st part till Keith broke free on the first rise then Iain and I eventually caught @Brusgaard I made a failed attempt to climb further up the field but @Add and @Barbes66 were too far ahead.Pushed as normal at the start but couldn't seem to draft and everyone went past. I seemed to be matching w/kg but going backwards. Decided to do the scenic version once 300m behind and no chance of catching.
I have just managed to get off of the sofa in the man cave.@AAAC 76C
I did not have the legs for that hilly bit
What happened at the start? I was surprised to see you a couple of hundred metres back pretty early on and wondered if you were practising for next week's omnium pursuit? When I got dropped I couldn't decide whether to TT or sit up so i kind of did neither which was daft as then I didn't have enough to hold your wheel on the climb.Yes I thought I had enough at the top of the hill but you nearly caught me.
