Ooosh That was unpleasant. Thought it was 7pm start. Forgot how unsociably competitive I was. Which isn’t useful when you’re as unfit as I am.
I adjusted my time to my Garmin time as I started late. Would have just left it if I could make Saturdays rerun but I’m away so hope that’s ok?

Sorry about the start time change. We moved it up to 6 to accommodate the Scots.

Think I broke something.

I definitely did. Something crashed about a third of the way through just as I caught @Brusgaard and we were getting some turns. Good to see 10 on the start line though - hope it continues.

a lot harder than a downhill should be ! gruesome start hanging on for dear life until the bungie cord snapped from the front runners then frantic pedalling hoping a group didnt form and steam roll me

Hated the random braking! Sometimes it showed a warning, sometimes not but my speed just dropped... NOT A FAN!
Couldn't push any watts without spinning 110RPM+

best not to stop pedalling , just slow down a bit till it says braking stops in one second and go for it again - same trouble with rpm - at one point I was in 53/10 and spinning at 130 - bouncing all over the place

Oh. Let me give you guys some sympathy. Uh no. Next weeks climb you can try to spin at 130rpm

I have absolutely no idea how to add to a spread sheet ! I might look like a teen techy but really I am a only at home typing if it goes ping at the end of a line
