Morning Randy, evening in here. Thx for the invitation but i need to go to work soon. These days i do 12hr shifts from 7 to 7, morning shift and night shift. I have Rouvy subsciption, i like the way it feels and looks.

Thanks Randy. It’s a bit of a struggle to be honest but I’ll persevere!

I do genuinely enjoy the courses. I think rouvy is my favourite of the cycling apps I’ve tried.

I’ve got quite a busy week ahead unfortunately but I should be able to do the next course on my own on Friday.
