Excuses, excuses! heard them all before and then I get left sitting by the 'sick' ^_^

Seriously guys, hope you feel better soon and be good to have to to spur me on regardless :hugs:

...and now to make my own excuses. Some of you may have noticed a couple of running attempts on Strava (which seem to have ported to Bkool as well). Been roped into having a go at a sprint Duathlon next weekend (2 mile run, 10 mile bike, 2 mile run). I dont run so its been taking its toll trying to get some miles in this week. :heat::thumbsdown: Hopefully be worth it though - dont want to disgrace myself! :B)
I have been very very sick for a long long time today....I might recover before 7pm though.

I have to start now if I'm going to be finished before bed time. It's 30 minutes to the chain gang starts, so I hope you don't join my ride.

One word......"B*LL*OCKS"!

Well you have a lot more faith in me than I do Adam, as I cough and splutter away here wondering if it really is a sensible thing for me to be doing tonight? Fortunately I've never bothered about what is sensible before so I will at least be there for the start. If I give up part way you'll know that I've collapsed in a heap along with all the mucus and phlegm that'll be on the floor by then.xx(

My excuse is that one of my legs fell off at work today, and although I have reattached it with duct tape, I am sure as to how well it will hold. I will of course endeavour to do my best.

Oh yes, I also have dengue fever, cholera and a bit of a tickly cough.

But I hope to be there at 7pm.

I have no excuses, I'll go for a big win. Challenge me!
You dont need an excuse! :notworthy:

I see you're already wearing red
