Last time we did this, we had a re-run on Saturday and "adjusted" any starts that were way out, so the re-run was a little closer.

Not sure if a re-run is planned this time?

Geoff
Could do as there'll be no chaingang running that week.

I actually can't do either stage by the way. Tapering then recovering!

Gails stepping in on Thursday evening and will lead for the first time ever! ^_^

Show her how to draft, then get her to tuck in behind every rider that comes past for as long as she can! Should get quite a tow... :okay:

Yes. When I did this ride I had chain problems twice and it was just before I went on vacation for 10 days and couldn't redo it. I am so far behind on goat rides I may not get a chance to redo it but I will try. ...Or maybe I should just keep my mouth shut.
No no, you get back out there and redo it please.

Can easily adjust your time slightly if you don't want to rerun it. Would you rather that?

Mmm, Randy kicks my butt, but is off before me. Was that a slow one for you Randy?

Ah, but Randy is in a different timezone, and has to start 9 hours after you. That should just about be enough time for you to finish ahead!

Randy, if you did have poor luck that run, how about we start you off with the guys you usually finish close to?

I see from Stage 2 that you finished just ahead of Steve, Jon, Kris and on Stage 3 just behind Cj bon. How about you start together with them all at 13.0 minutes?

N.B. If anyone else had a really bad run and wants a more realistic start let us know and we'll adjust your start time to start a little later. All the better to motivate you...

Cheers,

Geoff

All will be explained a little later berty. Geoff and I are just going to do a few test runs to fine tune it. But basically the race will start at 7pm, and you start at your given time after this.

You can see how long the session has been running for and just jump in at the correct juncture. That is it in brief.

Yes Rick 80kg. So if I got myself to 70 and retained the power......

(that's never going to happen!!)
I've just got to accept the fact I'm never going to be a cycling whippet. 84kg and stuck! 6 foot tall and I'm as thin as I've ever been really so not sure how I could lose much more than another couple of kg.
If you do lose much more I'll be in trouble as you were pushing far better than me on any small inclines on Thursdays ride.

I too am built like a racing snake...although my stats read a bit more scrawny than yours, I am 6"3', and 80kg. I have been blown off the roof several times this week...luckily I descend in an oscillating manner, not too dissimilar to a feather.
