12.40!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! not been on for a while, it could be a lonely ride once three come past!

Guy, don't worry. I saw physio today about knee and i have very strict instructions about not straining my knee and a butt load of painful exercises and stretching to do. Apparently i have excellent and very strong quads but the thighs and buttock (!) muscles of a wimp:eek::rolleyes:^_^ comically over pronating flat feet and so my right knee tracks in 8mm towards the bike when riding. So, i will be trying to heed the devastating advice and taking it easy.;)

As I said before Bob, you and me are doomed tonight. Doesn't matter if you look in front or behind, we're going to get clobbered!!

Geoff you're definitely over estimating my peddling power with the handicap bud!

But the sadist in me appreciates it! I'm gonna strap on the HRM tonight and see how close to death I can come trying to stay close to you nutters! :boxing:

I'm just going on your time on the last Handicap (Liam stage), when you did a great 41:29, only a few seconds off Adam's best!

If you can stand the view, draft him all the way...

I know Bill, which is why I dropped in the best possible excuse. Honestly, the comments the physio was making about my feet and that I thought I was auditioning for the Hobbit:angry:

Apologies to all those looking at their handicaps and expecting a lonely ride at the back, hopefully you can all keep each other company! :hugs:

This is the first real run at this stage and as before it will take a go or two to tune the handicaps.

The good news is that any estimated or out of date time I have used for an initial handicap can be replaced if the run today is significantly different...

Good luck to everyone taking part!:bravo:

I was making about 370 average when I did this ride, I have been more like 270 lately. You will have to be taking it very easy for me to worry you.
