Yup! I feel quite nauseous!

I couldn't see anyone who started before me, could see all those starting after me.

When I joined it said there were 10 or 11 on the ride.

I have had a couple of internet problems this evening so it could've been that.

And thanks to @bridgy for making me work so hard.

Hmm, I seem to have finally cleared most of the gunk out of my lungs from being sick and the wretched air we've had here in SLC the last week or so. It's good not feeling like I'm ready to cough up a lung after a ride. That wasn't the ride I was expecting. I was expecting Benicassim.

I hit <NO> whilst pedalling flat out in top gear, and flew off the start like a firework. Got about 15 seconds on you right there. But you were pushing hard, you were in my position table for ages Tommy.

Right here is a proclamation in front of the assembled Cyclechat masses. Fatkins here has just weighed himself and at 97.5 kg is about 20kg too many. I am stopping eating bad stuff and starting eating good stuff and in about a year a will be incredibly miserable but slightly less crap. That ride at that pace hurt far too much.

If any off you see during a ride stopped eating virtual road kill please feel free to stop and tell me off.

Goldwolfie by the way at the start were you on a motorbike? You came past me after about a minute at 200 miles an hour and then the motor fell off
