Not too bad... if you don't include the 3 monitors... or the Windows license... or the man time... and use a cheaper SSD... and a cheaper processor... and a cheaper power supply...

Now off to use all that awesome computing power to calculate your handicaps...

Basically anything with a core i3 or better (i5 or i7), with 8 GB of memory and Windows should do it.

Often the easiest thing is to pop to PC World, then at least if it doesn't work you can take it back and shout at someone.

The graphics card is basic, but if it's not up to the job it is easy to replace with something with more oomph.
