That's the advantage of having some excess weight. You fit guys can only gain watts but those of us with something to spare can shed our way to the next level. Or so that is the plan. I'm still working out of town until tomorrow and have been eating out instead of working out and may go down a level. Does anyone change their weight with any change less than 5 lbs? 2 kg?

I change my weight if I lose or gain (hopefully not) 2kg and it stays that way for a while. And that's only happened once since I got the bkool.

Mine fluctuations a pound or so either way but I'm consistantly a kilo lighter on average now so have reduced mine by the single KG - every little helps! Currently 88kg, 13st 12 pounds, 6' tall and 36" waist. Realistically I can lose another 5 pounds - anything under 13.5 stone is hard to maintain.

Is there a simple way to upload to strava I am missing? When I download the fit file it goes straight to my google drive with no other options available. If I then try to manually add the file to strava there is no option to link to the drive. I have tried downloading from Google to my iPad and manually adding the file but strava can only see my photo libraries on the iPad and not the file and there seems to be no way to direct it.

Is this from a tablet? Do you have a PC (or Mac), that would be easier, then you could download the .fit file to the hard drive (or move it from your Google drive to the hard drive) and upload to Strava from there.

Seems strange. Ive downloaded the fit file from pc, tablet and phone (android) and was able to go to strava and upload it from the downloads folder

Edit: Sounds like another apple restriction for file sharing. I don't own any apple products so can't offer any relevant advice.

Thanks both. iPad,and so either Apple or Google, perhaps because my Bkool profile uses my gmail address, may be responsible. Will try a laptop.

I can't really lose much more, down from 15st 5lbs to 12st 12 lbs, at 6' 3". The only choice I have is to increase power to get a better Bkool level.

Do you use proper road racing pedals and shoes?

Just had a go at Huez... I set off a bit fast and got half way up! On the plus side I went from Active 3 to Active 8!!! I expect that will come back down before long.

And now the truth????

You set out up the d'Huez thinking to yourself, "Ok lets see how much power I can make for half an hour and if I can keep going I will". Then half an hour later you're thinking "Yee Haa Active 8 That'll do me, and I'm way too knackered to finish this". Yeah, we've all been there and we'd all do the same again if we could.

If there were bkool rules, this would be one of them. Something along the lines of "There is only one acceptable excuse for not finishing a ride ......."

As anyone else experienced the following recently, routes that I have uploaded myself and automatically converted into 3D are now in 2D only... is there a way of deleting any routes that you uploaded ???
