Terrible news for my wife. They canceled the ferry because of a storm so I'll be around this Saturday if anyone is up for another round. I can see with more riders it is a lot of strategy.

hi guys - I couldn't find the race on the live listings. I was searching from 5 to 7 til after 7 but nothing came up Is there a way to search for specific rides or do I just hope it pops up on live?

also, my unit was making awful noises tonight as I reached faster speeds. Like a whiring noise of a plane taking off!! Looks like I may have a duff unit (the firmware won't upgrade either) - I have a call out to BKool to advise

Sounds like a classic case of fan rub. They'll swap it out no probs.

You can search for live races if you know the name of someone racing. On the search bar at the bottom click the arrow to the right for advanced search and type in a name. Tonight typing Randy would have found it.

Can't believe it.
Weeks after bkool cancelled my order for a trainer that was never delivered, they send a delivery company to my house to collect it so it can be returned.
I obviously told the courier that it was never delivered in the first place.
Then,
Today i received an email asking me when it would be possible to collect it.
OMFG!!!!
Bkool must be one of the worst customer services that I've ever dealt with.

To make matters worse or more complicated.
I have a bkool trainer that i got from wiggle (no problems at all with my order btw) that I'm sure bkool must think is the one i never received from them.
I've got a feeling that this could get messy.

I'm just glad I have many emails/credit card statements confirming everything from my side.

One very unhappy customer.

Bkool just emailed me to say sorry, the courier hadn't informed them that it was never delivered. Really?
Anyway, hopefully that'll be the end of it.

They have terrible customer support and never reply to emails from their website. I like their software but would never buy hardware from them again
