All this talk of maximum HR etc. just makes me wonder...
At 87Kg, and 59 years, my 'performance' is inevitably in decline (certainly in some respects, I'm sure

) but a theoretical maximum HR of 220-age = 161 is pure bunkum! Exactly what it is I don't know, but I'm not rushing to find out either, just in case.
As for BKOOL and the results it returns, I do wonder whether something is not quite right, and it certainly isn't very helpful.
Tonight's ride returned steady 'as expected' results...until, 'uphill', cadence just dropped through the floor - 28-45rpm - despite my cadence not substantially changing.
This must impact on all of the other results, surely, returned by the BKOOL.
Anyone have any ideas? Experienced similar? Am I doing something wrong?
